Real funny, Coop.

The thumbnail from Cooper and Unicorn Tactical's new "tactical" parody video. I won't be linking it from here, but check it out, it's worth a watch, it's got rolling around in a pile of darts and everything. But what's with that gun? Let's have a closer look:

I see what you did there.

PS: Countersink your damn screws.

  2. For the record I think it is really cool that someone else did this conversion. I don't care about "credit" or "copying".

I more just find the similarity of setup... an odd coincidence, given this video.

All the details are changed slightly, but who's "that one nerfer" who thinks playing seriously is fun, doesn't mind tactical stuff one bit, constantly disses on the silliness some people have in nerf, and runs a flat top maxxed out RS, with an optic on top, which he will tell you is totally not worthless in nerf?

Go ahead and rage all you want, haters, I owe you my reputation. All I ask is that anyone who thinks I am not fun to be around show up to TBNC and actually play with and against me before you jump to conclusions. No one who knows me in real life thinks I am an abrasive or uncool player on the field.

  3. I was wondering if you need a 40C LiPO to run 3 Blades or if you can just use a 25C. Also do you need to replace the cycle control switch in a 2S build?

    1. That would depend on the capacity of the lipo. The C-rating gives current as a multiple of the battery capacity C, so a 1000mAh 20C lipo is rated for 20*(1000mA) = 20 amps continuous.

You need worry more about the burst rating. The stall current of a -3240 pair on 7.4V is 46 amps. Ideally, use a battery with a burst current rating higher than that 46 amps and you will get great performance and be easy on the battery.

If you are dealing with a 1300mAh+ 25C lipo, you are probably fine.

If your stock cycle control switch works, you can keep it with a -3240 pusher and 2S and expect decent results, but a microswitch is always nicer.

  4. Toruk I was also wondering how you mount a micro-switch for the cycle control without getting a BSUK switch kit and I have a 2S 2200maH 25C Lipo.

    1. I modify the stock FCG shell. Simply removing protrusions down to the inside of the shell half positions a submini microswitch perfectly under the gearbox. I usually just glue it down with Devcon.

  5. Something seems a little different about the blaster between the first and second image. Does the black box disappear or is that just me going crazy?

    1. The black box is on the right side of the blaster. The second and third pictures are of the left side of the blaster.
